This report presents a study of a Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) evaluating the impact of a Certificate Programme on Educational Mentorship and Coaching on the prevalence and quality of induction activities for new teachers in primary education in Rwanda and on non-cognitive outcome measures of new teachers.
